easy pizza rolls

lay 1 wonton or egg roll wrapper flat

for wonton wrapper use 1/2 piece of string cheese
for egg roll wrapper use whole piece of cheese

roll from 1 corner to the other, then using finger dampen wrapper so it sticks shut

fold over one side at a time and dampen until they stick

place in deep fryer until done

if you want to add pepperoni or another topping place inside with cheese before you roll up

serve with a little bowl of pizza sauce on the side

my boyfriend made these for me because i don't like the sauce in pizza rolls. i love them!
