Promote theBubbler!
The following thread has a ton of ways to promote theBubbler:
Item 10 in that list is This "Free Classifieds Flyer" that you can print and take to local venues to put up. You may want to take a scissors to the tabs first, making them easy to tear off.
PLEASE POST IN THIS THREAD IF YOU PUT UP ONE OF THESE FLIERS!
Please tell us the location and any interesting anecdotes to go with it!

Another way to promote The Bubbler (or any WisNetwork website) is to include the link in your signature on other forums you may visit or include a link on your personal blog.
And, by the way, it goes without saying that if you post a flyer, be sure you first have permission to do so.

Word of mouth works great. And having kids. My kids tell everyone that their mom is on the bubbler all the time. lol My daughter is always promoting it to her teachers and friends at school and I even heard my son talking about the bubbler to someone at a garage sale one time.

I have to admit that, while waiting for my kids at school I reset the broswer home page of all of the computers in the library from Microsoft's MSN search home page to theBubbler!

I hang flyers at grocery store stores, and convenience stores.I always ask permission, and check on them from time to time so as to keep the name out there.
