Item 10 in that list is This "Free Classifieds Flyer" that you can print and take to local venues to put up. You may want to take a scissors to the tabs first, making them easy to tear off.

Another way to promote The Bubbler (or any WisNetwork website) is to include the link in your signature on other forums you may visit or include a link on your personal blog.
And, by the way, it goes without saying that if you post a flyer, be sure you first have permission to do so.
Word of mouth works great. And having kids. My kids tell everyone that their mom is on the bubbler all the time. lol My daughter is always promoting it to her teachers and friends at school and I even heard my son talking about the bubbler to someone at a garage sale one time.

I hang flyers at grocery store stores, and convenience stores.I always ask permission, and check on them from time to time so as to keep the name out there.
