WBAY PET EXPO PHOTO CONTEST
COMPLETE RULES
1. To enter, send a recent photo of your pet, or you and your pet, to: WBAY PET EXPO PHOTO CONTEST, WBAY-TV, 115 S. Jefferson Street, Green Bay,
WI 54301. No email entries accepted. Photos cannot be larger than 8x10. No professional photographs accepted. Each photo entered must include your name (your parent/guardian's name if you are under age 18), address, email, phone number and your pet's name. Your name and phone number must also be clearly written on the back of the photo. Limit one entry per pet. Photos will not be returned. All photos become the property of WBAY-TV 2 and Young Broadcasting of Green Bay, Inc. and can be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
2. Employees of WBAY-TV, Young Broadcasting Inc., participating sponsors, competing television stations, cable and satellite companies and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. The entry deadline is Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 4:00 PM.
4. Odds of winning are determined by the number of submitted photographs.
5. Grand Prize: (5) The top five winners and their pets will participate in a live commercial shoot at the WBAY-TV studios and will be featured in the WBAY-TV commercial promoting the WBAY PET EXPO to be aired March 4, 2006 - April 1, 2007. Each winner will also win a prize package valued at $200 and their winning photos will be displayed at the WBAY PET EXPO March 30 - April 1, 2007. (You and your pet must be available during the week of February 5, 2007 for the commercial shoot.)
6. A panel of judges from WBAY-TV and the contest sponsor will select the winners on or before Wednesday, January 31, 2007.
7. Winners will be notified by U.S. mail or by telephone. In the unlikely event WBAY-TV is unable to contact a winner, another selection will be made. WBAY-TV is not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties with printing, U.S. mail, Internet (including e-mail) or telephone.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter.
9. This contest may be discontinued or rules changed at any time without notice.
10. This contest is conducted by WBAY-TV whose decisions are final on all matters.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner. The prize will be forfeited if not claimed within seven (7) days of notification of winning. The prize may be substituted by WBAY-TV in the unlikely event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is not included.
12. The winner must show proof of identification, including Social Security number, and must sign a standard station release. The winner is liable for all taxes, and must provide WBAY-TV with Social Security number for tax purposes.
13. Winners agree that WBAY-TV, their sponsors, agencies and affiliates have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest.
14. A copy of these rules are available at the WBAY-TV studios located at 115 South Jefferson Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301.
15. Upon completion of the contest, a complete list of winners will be available upon written request to WBAY-TV.
16. Void where prohibited.

From the North: Take Hwy 41 south to Green Bay's Lombardi Avenue exit. Turn left off the exit. Follow Lombardi Avenue east to Oneida Street. Turn right on Oneida Street.
From the Northwest: Take Hwy 29 east to Hwy 41. Take Hwy 41 south to the Lombardi Avenue exit. Turn left off the exit. Follow Lombardi Avenue east to Oneida Street. Turn right on Oneida Street.
From the Southwest: Take Hwy 41 north to Green Bay's Lombardi Avenue exit. Turn right off the exit. Follow Lombardi Ave. east to Oneida Street. Turn right on Oneida Street.
From the South: Take Interstate 43 north to Hwy 41. Take Hwy 41 south to the Lombardi Avenue exit. Follow Lombardi Avenue east to Oneida Street. Turn right on Oneida Street.
