Try the state park by Waupaca. I know I said a few people were being noisy with the game, but it only lasted maybe 45 minutes at the most and was still done before 10 pm. During the night it was quiet. During the day it was quiet.
We've camped there 3 times and that's as bad as it got. So not too bad being that it was a filled campground. You can complain to the park office if there is an issue. Let them take care of it.
One year our noisiest neighbors were the chipmonks fighting over apples in a tree by our campsite. That got a little annoying so we made a note not to take that site again haha.
I did have to laugh at the people next to us. Kids were riding bikes going "downhill," if you want to call it a hill there, with no hands. I heard a kid yell, "no hands, " then CRASH and then waaaaah, screeeeeam! I saw that one coming lol. I knew sooner of later that would happen.
