Pet peeve: After talking to one of my sister's on the phone today, I came up with this one.
When you call some one long distance and are talking to them and then they start talking to someone else that's in the room with them and leave you hanging mid-sentence on the phone! That is soooo rude! They act like it's no big deal that you are paying for the long distance call and they think it's okay to talk baby talk to the grandkid or carry on a conversataion with other people while you are trying to talk to them! I HATE that!
