They are located in a poorer area and things are priced accordingly there. Plus, they help out the needy more from what I've heard. Goodwill charges too much for stuff I often think. I donate to St. Vinnie's and Bethesda Thrift store in Watertown. If I need anything for Halloween I've gone to Salvation Army in Waukesha most often. It's about the only time I go there is Halloween. I've never found much worth buying otherwise as far as household items go. It seems others do, but I never do.
