People that keep you waiting, not just once in a while because things can happen. It's the ones that do it every time. I used to have a friend like this that would never be ready when I picked her up to go out. She would make me wait at least a half hour in the driveway. Even if I showed up late on purpose, she still made me wait. She also was the one that never would be ready to go home at the end of the night. She would quickly order a drink when you announced it was time to go, then you'd be stuck at the bar longer. She was just a pain the butt no matter what.
