Bad advice when their is time & money being lost. In fact even if there wasn't money involved, let's say the dog was digging holes in my yard (has happened to me before), should i have to fill those holes each time just to avoid talking to my neighbor about it? hell no. As blue said, if i don't have a dog why should i clean up after one?
