Wake up people! This cap and trade will cost a bundle. Auditors are going to come to your house and do a "green" inspection. When you fail (and you will), you'll be given a list of repairs to make to become compliant. Could cost you thousands.
As far as I'm concerned, if you voted for Obama, you can pay my bill.
