I never heard of this term for eggs. I guess I only know of over easy and sunnyside up for fried eggs. At home we use the generic term fried eggs because we always know that means over easy. Or even more generic, we just say eggs.

I'm not big on jam or jelly either. Mostly because it's so full of sugar that you never taste much fruit. I want the fruit flavor to stand out. I think I'd be happy with jelly made with half the sugar. I did find a strawberry rhubarb jam (which I have to buy at Woodman's) that isn't real sugary and you can taste the fruit used. Now that's how jelly/jam should be, all about the fruit flavor without all that sugar covering up the flavor.
