I haven't had poached eggs in years but used to eat them all the time on top of waffles..
Just had 3 brown eggs, 3 sausage patties, and toast for breakfast this morning..

Omelets, I like cheese, ham or bacon, olives, mushrooms. I sometimes like to make pizza omelets. Just put your pizza toppings inside like pizza sauce, mushrooms, cheese and sausage.
