I love the "Ugly" tomatoes, and just about any other heirloom. This guy up the road from me grows "zebras" and then some that are purple too. You have to get to him EARLY in the morning though! He just set out his "TOMATO" sign.....better stop this weeked!
All I am getting so far are those 1st sets of "OK" tomatoes......but the plants are LOADED with more. Has anyone else noticed the first few that get ripe are kind of wimpy? Sort of like teasing us......
