lol no...worse is finding an employee like I did the other day at our Kohl's that has an attitude! And doesn't want to work!
We found a shirt I wanted for my son and asked this male employee if he knew of another one in a larger size or if he could find where I could look since actually my daughter found the shirt in the wrong section but knew my younger son would like it. It was just what we were needing.
He was with such an attitude of, oh, I have to go look in back for one, took his time, and let us know this was the last thing he wanted to do. He even walked away slowly. Oh that makes me really not happy! lol
Turned out the cashier helped us by giving us a number of another store that may have one, I called and they were really nice and found one right away. Saved the shirt so we could get it and all was OK. The first employee needed an attitude adjustment or a different job!
