"Poor Countries" will be getting money from "Rich Countries" to combat Global Warming.
It's all a scam folks. A scam intiated by (mainly) African countries to get free money. "Spread the Wealth" on a global scale.

People, temps have been declining for almost 10 years! This is a scam. The problems these countries are having have nothing to do with the fiction of global warming. It has more to do with dictators and corrupt politicians. There is no scientific evidence, none, that supports any claims of natural disasters due to global warming.

Money is being pledged, but not a word on how the money is spent. Except of course for the term "adapt to climate change". Whatever that means.
It's not bad enough that we're getting taxed and spent to death here in America, now we're going to do it on a global scale to ease our "global warming guilt". They want hundreds of billions of dollars per year.
Where is money supposed to come from? TARP, Stimulus, Auto bailouts, record budgets, Cap and Trade, Government Healthcare, Mortgage rescue. All of these things are currently unfunded with no way of paying for them. Now add
global climate change funding to the list. That doesn't even include what Doyle is doing.
