I used to like my burgers with cheese and sauces and everything else.
My absolute favorite is at home pan fried in a cast iron pan with a slightly crunchy outside and cooked all the way through. Then put it between two pieces of toast. ketchup and mustard pepper and a pickle no salt because the pickle has plenty of salt. Cut the toast on an angle.
