I was just looking at a catalog the other day and noticed a whole line of reproduction depression glasses and dishes. Looking at the pictures they really look good. Not long before that I was in a store and saw some more reproduction 'antique' looking milk ware and other items. This push for the fake 'antique' look is going to flood the market and make it harder to find the real deal in the future for many I think.
The best thing is to get a really good book on identifying antiques and always have it with you when going to Estate Sales etc.
