Just got my "welcome letter" from the child I sponsored thru CCF yesterday.
Kimarah, who is 9, lives in the village of
Riviere Cyrique located on the east side of the island of Dominca. She walks a mile and a half to the
Morne Jaune Primary School.
Kimarah says she likes to read, sing, help her "mum and dad", and play games.
Her mom works 3 days a week and her dad tends the family garden.
She has one brother and two older sisters and they live with their parents in a two bedroom plywood house donated to them by her sister's sponsor.
Riviere Cyrique is divided into many sections divided by ridges. Kimarah lives in Morne Fregarde.
