A few things for a healthy diet....
Don't go to the grocery store hungry.
Plan meals and shopping before shopping.
Load up on bananas, oranges, berries, etc.
Get the "good for you" cereals and bread, etc.
Try not to buy anything with high dextrose corn syrup.
Celery, carrots, etc., for snacking.
Just some thoughts off the top of my head.
I've put on 5 or 6 pounds in the last 2 months, but lost a couple notches on the belt and put inches on the arms, chest and shoulders. Largely diet and exercise, and the diet part has mostly been pushing away from the table a bit earlier.
