First try using FIREFOX as a browser....that sounds like what I used to get on IE..since using FF have not had it since...

you can keep IE but use FF as main browser..some things are only seen on IE....and on FF there is an option to view site on IE...
as well as built in Pop up blocker..as well as ability to have several tabs on same window....awesome for my PTS sites..
