Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 1999 when I still bought software, I purchased a package from a big box place ( I forgot the name) brought it home and attempted to install it many times with each attemp crashing my computer. I returned it and they wanted to replace it with the same. I asked them why they thought a new box would help and they did not like my remark. Disgruntled as they were I received my money back with a stern warning from the young clerk" don't let this happen again" I promised it NEVER would as I never returned to that store. They are no longer in business, gosh I felt bad when they closed
,like the time I got two candy bars out a a vending machine for the price of one .
