The back of the box reads "Satisfaction 100% Guaranted"
We will see how far that gets me when I try to return it.
I could not even use their own uninstall program to remove this from my system because it would lock up my whole system.
I kept getting screen locks, blue screens, something about "line looping" whatever that ment.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I'd have been better off grabbing a freebee off the internet

You won't be able to return it to WalMart. There is a Federal law that prohibits the return of opened software. you will be able to exchange for the same item only. Yes you are better off with 2 of the freebie programs than defender. AVG antivirus can be found at free.grisoft.com and spybot search and destroy for spyware at
The home of Spybot-S&D!
Your only recourse is to call the software vendor and hope that they back their guarantee.
If you want to use a subscription based anti virus, I recommend the following:
Kaspersky Anti Virus
NOD32
or the old standby, which may hog up your resources, but does work. Norton.
CA is acceptable as well, Panda is garbage, Mcaffee is ok when it works and doesnt eat up every resource your PC has.
Hope this helps,
Rob
