Re: Cooking Magazines
The only ad I've seen in TOH so far was a Bush's Beans ad in the last issue. It was certainly relevant. I have less issue with relevant ads than say, make-up ads in a cooking magazine.
When I get a magazine, the first thing I do is pull out every page that is double-sided with ads. You'd be amazed at how little content there is in a magazine once the ads are yanked out!
Has anyone gone to a Taste of Home cooking school or the annual expo in Milwaukee? I went to the expo once. Holy cow. I thought mosh pits were violent... they're nothing compared to senior citizens scrambling over free samples of Spam!
