I was called by Green Bay's (animal police department) a couple weeks ago, telling me that someone has seen my cat out over night. The officer told me live traps will be set in the neighborhood and if caught there would be a $360.00 fine. I do use leashes on my dogs, but I had no idea about the cat thing! My cat is up to date with all shots, wears a collar with tags, comes when called, and brings me home a mole everyday (or two). Scratches at the door to come in and use his cat litter!! He's done this for years now. Big Maine Coon cat. This has been a huge adjustment for him to stay indoors.
