You know excellent point in my college classes not once did I see a Latino in attendance but I did see many who were Indian and Hmong. Frankly those speakers really tried and many got good grades because they were like me lagging behind to attend tutoring classes or assistance with the Professors.
African American, Hispanic / Latino, Southeast Asian and American Indian. Together, these four groups are estimated at 12% of Wisconsin's total population
