I do all of the stuff mentioned in the poll. When I drive the kids there and pick them up, I'm there with them. One of the best times ever: Oldest boy found hunting books, and cooking books for game; next oldest boy {very eclectic tastes} found great stuff he actually got excited about; oldest daughter found myriad books including several to re-read; youngest girl found "great chapter books" in a couple of series and some Newbury and Caldecott Medal winners. I was thrilled to see how excited all of them were with their "finds". We use Pauline Haas Public Library on Main Street in Sussex most of the time. Most of the rest of the time we use the beautiful library in Waukesha.
