I like to:
Steam some chicken breasts in chicken broth, seasonings, tiny cubed carrots, small cubed pototoes, baby peas, small bits of celery until everything is tender. I would either make a homemade gravey with some of the water/flour etc. or when in a faster hurry I would cube the cooked chicken and put everything in a bowl and mix in a couple of cream of mushroom soup or one large can. Pour into pie crusts as mentioned in Carol's post and bake the same.
Another version, Cook your chicken mixture without the potaotes. When almost done add 1/2 bag of Southern Style Hash Brown Potaotes thawed out. That gives you potatoes as well as onions, and green peppers. I would then add mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup.
With all of this..who needs Banquet? lol
