I had to kick the thesaurus a few times, but I came up with a couple. Check these:
1) FriendlyAquaticSafegaurd.com, or .org, or .gov...or whatever. The "friendly" term would cover the breeding, aquatic refers to the fish, and safeguard makes reference to the rescue part of your business.
2)ExoticFishCourtesyandRecovery.com, or .org or .gov...or whatever. The Exotic fish part is self explanatory, Courtesy refers to the breeding part, and Recovery regards the rescue.
These might not be exactly what you're looking for, but at least I tried.
