Amish Peanut Butter Custard Pie
\r\nOn a trip through Indiana, my husband and I stopped at a restuarant for lunch and all they had for dessert was one slice of this pie. I told the waitress it didnt\' sound too good so I would pass on the pie. She told me she would not charge me if I didn\'t like it, so I tried a bite and it was so delicious, I asked for the recipe! I make this pie for family gatherings, and it has actually become a tradition by now - my 3 sons love this pie and make it themselves now that they have their own places.
