Consistency. Especially with different adults around. Kids will generally (notice I didn't say always) fall in line if they know you mean it.

"we all need to be on the same page with the discipline when it comes to Jayden." So thank you again... I need to speak with my sister on this tonight when I get home so we are on the same page. Honestly it has been along time, my kids are in there early 20's.
