Carol and I agreed on the subject about not liking mushrooms (eck) and now I must agree I also don't care for beets. I totally would have to pass on the beets. lol
The only good thing about beets is the fact that when I see a can of beets I think of my mom. Every Thanksgiving or Easter when she came for dinner I always had to make sure I had a dish of sliced beets out for just her. No one else cared to eat them so there was plenty for her! lol That was great with her since she loved eating them.
