I live in Forest county.I have for the past 10 years.I work in one of the many bars in Wabeno.We get alot of people from Milwaulkee Greenbay,Appleton ect.It is a great vacation spot.And if you like to drink,you can stay at the hotel in wabeno and hit every bar(theres alot!)and just walk back to the hotel!There is great fishing and hunting(I've been told)
I am amazed at the number of people that choose little ol'Wabeno as there weekend getaway!I have met so many wonderful people from all over Wisconsin that come up time after time because they love it so much!And if your the gamblin' kind,the casino is about 5 minutes down the street! :lol: So if your looking for a new place to visit I recommend Wabeno!Not only because I live here but for the reason that I see what a wonderful time so many people have while they're here.Did I mention how beautiful it is?In the fall when the tree's are turning...absolutly gorgous! :wink:
