I got that wasp in the backround making his noise and I scroll to your bug pic. Yuck.
I had some cicadas here back in 2000 and they were just gross.
I also have way to many of those lady bug looking beetles and way to many box elder bugs.
Oddly enough, having the Rome Pond directly behind me and some of it being swampy I dont have many skeeters.
I also have something that comes charging at me every summer from a hole it makes in the ground. Some sort of stinging bug. It can hear you coming and will fly up out of the hole and charge you. They built their nest on my path last year that I take to get down to the rehab coons.
Tried flooding them out, dumped gas in the hole and set on fire. That worked for awhile, but they keep coming back.
