We also discovered we had this peanut butter for our business.
We used ours for 3-4 weeks now and had maybe some issues? We bought this from Sams Club, and Sams says they are not recalling their stock because the best by date does not match. But ours is not the same as their new stock with the 2111 code and they have said they will refund in full.
Con Agra Foods or our county health dept. has not yet responded to my submitted codes of this product yet.
Unfortunately, as a Adult Family Home, I now have lots of paper work to deal with because of this recall.
