Hey Keith I posted this in other places and hands down the concensus was cans have a better seal. I was surprised because my thinking was the longneck with less actual seal area would be more reliable.
Years ago I helped a friend make some beer, it was a very time consuming and touchy process. Maintaining cleanliness is very important. I figured that I would be just as happy trying all those micro brews Wisconsin offers.
My most recent find.
Spotted Cow although they do seem vary by batch.
I think wine might be easier but I am not sure.
I have had some pretty good dandelion wine in the past.
