Corrections and suggestions...
Corrections:
When I logged in, I got an interim page that said incorrect login, though I landed on a page that showed me actually properly logged in.
Suggestions:
The Description and Comments fields: how many characters? How about a counter for each, if limited?
Transcript: A field in which to upload a text transcript of the video. Great for search purposes! Also handy for quoting anything in the video.
IP address: perhaps only visible to admins and mods?
