Can't forget the
Norske Nook. We visit the one in Osseo. It's not far off the interstate. We stop there on the way to / home from visiting the oldest in Minneapolis.
Excellent home cooked food. Lots of Norwegian specialties, of course. Try any of their Lefse wraps... I like the roast pork the best. They also make
EXCELLENT pies. Norske Nook has won many prizes for those pies. Also visit the "Norske Nook Kaffe Hus og Gave Butihh" (coffee house and gift shop) right across the street from the Osseo restaurant.
I love the place... and I have no Norwegian blood in me!
