I really DID like this site, it was well put together and the concept is what I like best... a resource to help the 'self'!
Among ALL the investments we can make (money, real estate, insurance) it is our SELF that is the most important, and health seems to be a top hitter there at the site.
Although, I must say that it looked a bit like a weight loss site, as most were trying to lose x pounds or kg's. But the important thing is that this is an awesome support resource for those who are trying something difficult or alone.
I once asked a girl what her goals were. She said she didn't have any! How can this be? Doesn't everyone aspire for better?? I was like, oh wow, I never dreamed someone would have zero goals myself, but hey, sites like this may help you SET a goal or two to try.
