I've got a Verizon with camera, video, high speed internet, keyboard, MicroSoft Pocket PC (does Word and Excel). Voice activation and GPS are supposed to be free upgrades coming soon (though voice was supposed to be here by Summer and we're past Summer). My phone uses a mini SD memory card for extra storage. 2 GB now, supposed to be up to 4 GB chips available by end of year. As long as it is wearable (I use a holster) and the battery lasts, get all the features you can. Cheaper than buying separate items, and more fun. Bluetooth! I've got the ear bug and it is GREAT for driving, or even for walking and talking. Definitely increases driving safety.
