This deep, crystal-clear lake is known for being a “real fish-grower.” Cisco population provides excellent forage, and, as a result, you’ll find some nice gamefish here. In fact Northern Pike will average 26 inches, and you’ll find fish considerably larger. There are some big Walleyes, too, running 8 to 10 pounds, and a good Largemouth Bass population. Fish the shorelines for the Bass and weedlines for Walleyes and Northerns. You’ll also find Northerns deep in the summer, chasing the Ciscoes.
