WI River Outings
Located on the
WI River, 31 miles up river from the Mississippi River, we're a quiet place to bring family or friends. You'll have your own sand bar, not share a spot on a crowed noisy river. We pride ourselves for having the best canoe rental fleet in the state, perhaps the Midwest. Not only are our canoes light, quiet and very efficient in the water, they're also part of THE youngest canoe fleet in the state.
On the Wisconsin River you can do from 8 to 92 miles on flat water with may sand bar camping options. You can fish for small mouth, walleye, catfish and various pan fish right from the sand bar you'll be camping on. 95% of the river is tree lined and the closer you get to our shop the few houses you'll see. If you paddle from Muscoda to Boscobel, 16 miles, you'll see maybe 6 houses.
