Mine is just my name. Crys is short for Crystal.
On a number of sites (and I have another user account here I can use for testing), I go by Lightning, which is a nickname I picked up because I carry a pretty hefty static charge some days. I made our time-punch clock smoke one time by touching a piece of metal tube about a foot from it. I've blown out entire circuits, making the fluorescent lights shatter and computer hard drives scramble like eggs, from touching the mouse connect to my computer. Of course, at the time, I was working in a newspaper and my desk was about five feet above the presses (literally. Some days I was worried the floor might give way and we'd all fall into the running press), so I was picking up the charge from that. I haven't blown anything up just by touching it since I left that job, but apparently I am visible in an entirely dark room because of the static crackling around me. My husband, a physicist by training, keeps making jokes about doing electrical experiments and using me instead of a battery. Now if I could just learn how to harness and control it, I would go buy tights and a cape and use my powers for eeeev... uh... good. Yeah, for, uh, good.
