As a Certified Nia Instructor and weight management counselor I am very excited to offer two options of wellness to the public. I personally lost weight and understand the struggle, committment and courage it takes to go on the healthier path (as I call it). I found an inner strength to get through everything and to break old habits (which I focus alot on with clients in weight loss). I also enjoy teaching Nia (a low impact fitness class)---it is fun and the only fitness program I have ever stayed with. I joined the wellness (again as I call it) back in 2002 and am very pleased that I have.
