I will be interested to see how others answer the question, as for your comments...yours has been similar to my experience. I have found that when politics are discussed at work I have learned a little bit about how my coworkers see the world. In many ways getting to know them better has strengthen our team and created platforms (like you said) for laughter, jokes and other discussions. Thanks for taking the time to think about the question I posted.
