I'm originally from Monroe,
WI, so I'm a true cheesehead from the get-go. Graduated from UW Madison, lived in Madtown for 30 yrs, then moved to the site of our former cottage on Lake Wisconsin (22 miles North of Madison) almost 3 yrs ago. Wife and I are now empty nesters and have opened a business near the interstate. We now sell Wisconsin cheeses and foods for a living. So I've come full circle. My wife and I met working the night shift at the Swiss Colony in Monroe, making Wisconsin foods! Dogs? Labradors and mutts. Currently don't have one, but will be getting one again in the next yr or so. Probably another Lab or other water dog since we live on a lake! That way I can wear the dog out in the morning by just throwing balls in the water. Dog gets exercise and I can remain lazy....lol
