This is the predictable end result of a runaway big-spending liberal government.
We are now using "stimulus" funds to study the effect of new taxes and how to enact new taxes.
So we're using future tax dollars to figure out how to raise taxes to pay for things like the study that's being done to figure out how to raise taxes.................................
