Here's a shocker. The New York Times thinks we should spend more stimulus money. With hundreds of billions left from the first one, we need to come up with more.

Aren't those the
exact same ideas and projects that his first stimulus was supposed to pay for? I thought "green jobs" and "crumbling roads and bridges" were already what the stimulus was for.
