An edit button without the delete option sounds good to me. I believe that in all other forums I use the edit button is available. I can't tell you how many times I will post a comment only to re read it later to see that I misspelled something and go back and change it. Even if the button's time is changed from a few minutes to perhaps a day would be more beneficial to the poster I would think.
Hopefully Keith or one of the admins will read this topic and change it for everyone.
