I just got a call from another couple attending the wedding. He is standing up, but his wife was the one that called me and said she really doesn't know what is going on for Sat. and that she thinks it's at 2 pm at their house in the country. She said they didn't get an invite either. Crazy isn't it? Like I said, I'm not going without an invite. It's not like a cookout where a verbal invite gets you in. I need the printed invite or I'm not going.
Working late is no fun, usually my brain shuts down by 10 or 11 pm with working on anything that requires thinking. I can stay up later doing many other things, but working or studying, forget it.

You're too hard on yourself (as most people, especially women, are). Not that I know what you look like, but there is no standard for beauty. It's all relative - well, not my relatives...
Luckily my night job requires little thinking - just posting payments to accounts. But, 4.5 hours of doing that late at night when I hate numbers (I'm a writer, damn it!) is still draining.
That's odd about the wedding. Are they sure they're getting married...or want to? Is it a second marriage? The one I'm going to is a second for the groom, but they are still going all out since it's her first. I'm excited for the both of them.
