That reminds me of my years in the Jaycees. We would go to the conventions on Friday night and party straight through until Sunday with no sleep at all and then come home and crash! LaCrosse held the best conventions! I sure couldn't go that long without sleep now!

And......my porch sits front and center for the best sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico......it's inspiring.
I don't sleep much anyway......night stalker here.

Actually.....a sleep-walker! But haven't been in trouble with that in a long time.
How's the weather been up there? We have had RAIN every day for a week I think. POURING RAIN, then bright sun, POURING RAIN, then steam and sun........my toes are permanantly wrinkled, I swear!
I'm getting moldy.
So much for the sunshine state lately. Even the weatherman said tonight on the news "you think you're visiting FLORIDA? Sorry, it's more like Seattle today".
Oh well, better than hurricanes, which have been NONE, thank you.
When does it start getting cold up there? I forgot. Still worrying about my Oct. trip and being "under-clothed".

The weather has been GREAT here. It's only been in the middle to upper 70's this last week and not much rain for the last three or four weeks. The nights are getting colder with last night in the low 40's and the same for tonight too. It looks almost the same for next week but in the lower 70's and no rain in the forecast at all. It's been great painting weather and who would of thought that I would be getting a sun tan in September?

One more day of painting and I am done for the season though. I transplanted 35 fern plants today but still have a few more I want to move tomorrow. Then I will have to find something else to do so I can be outside until the weather turns cold which I'm sure won't be too far off.
