J10asen,
Yes, gas prices are almost always cheaper in MN as they do have a lower gas tax. It increased a little earlier this year, but it is still cheaper. Example, paid $2.59/gallon in Baldwin yesterday, same day went to Woodbury, MN - it was $2.40/gallon. We've also noticed that NW
WI seems to have the highest prices for gas in the entire state.
We getting ready to relocate from Appleton to St. Croix county (borders MN). SO MANY people commute from the county into eastern MN for work. It's our opinion that a rail system be built that runs from Eau Claire into the Cities. People would love that - especially with bad roads in the winter!
